Swan Shot

Why anyone would think it's cool to shoot a swan is beyond my comprehension.  That's an arrow sticking out of him.

Don't get me wrong.  I am pro-hunting, but thanks to my Native American ancestors I firmly believe it is for the obtaining of food only.  There's plenty else to hunt and eat in Alaska besides a swan, which is protected by law, just like the Bald Eagle.
